How to Commission me ?
Submit a Request.
Find a service you want to order, then send me your request by email, Twitter/X or on Discord.
Please provide as much detail upfront as possible and ensure you have a clear character reference or other.
I will review it to determine if I am the right person for your needs. The response may take a few days.
Order Confirmed.
I will inform you if I have accepted or declined your request. I’ll send you a proposal with the exact pricing and estimated delivery time for you to accept.
Once accepted, i will send you an invoice and a contract to be signed electronically to avoid any ambiguity. After payment, you will be added to my “To-Do List” (consult my Trello). I will update progress via direct messages.
Process & Delivery.
I start creating an idea concept, once finished i will send it to you for revision and approval.
Once approved I will continue to finalise the commission. Once your approval, if you want a change it will be possible, but it all depends the change if it is complicated the revisions will be chargeable.
When the commission is finished, I will send you the files via Email.
